I am starting to condense my posts about jogging.
Day 20-Monday
We ran 2.5 miles at the track without stopping. She told us to run it at a pace where we wouldn't have to walk/rest.
Day 21-Wednesday
We had our midterm, which turned out to be a couple of paragraphs about our experience in the class.
Day 22-Friday
Fun Run Friday--We ran our usual loop around campus. I saw a couple of friends and had a few tell me they saw he chugging along. I finished some where in the middle in the pack...which is better than last. The hardest part about running around campus is the hills!
Day 23-Monday
We ran 2.5 miles at the track. We did this a bit differently. We jogged 2 laps at a good pace (.5 mile); walked 1 (.25 miles); jogged 2 laps at a good pace (.5 mile); walked 1 (.25 miles); jogged 2 laps at a good pace (.5 mile); walked 1 (.25 miles); and sprinted the last lap (.25 miles). This should equal 10 laps and 2.5 miles. It doesn't seem hard, but after jogging hard and already marking 2.25 miles, it is hard to sprint that last one! My teacher really does remind me of a female version of Coach Hammond.
